Nerja Penthouse

We rent our wonderful penthouse with its own 25 m2 roof terrace in Nerja in the Torrecilla district, with only 200 meters to the beach! Torrecilla is quiet and peaceful and is located in the flat part of Nerja and within walking distance of everything.

 

The apartment is bright and nice and decorated in white and blue with fresh furniture and is equipped with most of what you need for your holiday. The apartment consists of 3 rooms and a kitchen and a large, nice roof terrace. Out on the roof terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains in the nice new lounge group or enjoy dinner at the dining table with room for 6 people. The apartment has central time-controlled AC/heating/cooling in all rooms and consists of 2 bedrooms, a larger master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 90 cm single beds.

The living room has an open plan and here there is both a large cozy corner sofa, a dining table and a TV unit. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook as well as a new microwave, new washing machine and new dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. A small pool is also available during the summer months. Final cleaning, towels, bed linen, electricity and fast free wifi are included in the price. Self check-in and own personal code for code lock.
